Locally-led Action Toolkit

This Toolkit is designed to help Australian NGOs reflect on current decision-making practices and the distribution of power, particularly in their partnerships with local actors, as they move towards becoming more locally-led. The Tools are designed to be used by a wide range of organisations, with diverse operating models and structures.

The Toolkit can be used by anyone within an organisation who is seeking to drive change.
